The Founder’s Collection is Lexar’s company-wide entry point into custom home building: seven pre-designed floor plans, built on your own land, with the same standards and craftsmanship our name is built on.

What is the Founder's Collection?
It’s Lexar Homes’ entry-value collection, a set of seven pre-designed floor plans you can build on your own land. You get a genuine Lexar custom home, built to the same quality and energy-efficiency standards, at our most accessible starting price.
What does "build on your own land" mean?
It means we build your home on a lot you own or are purchasing, not in a tract development. You choose the location, we site the plan to fit your land, and you end up with a home that’s truly yours, where you want it.
Why is it so affordable?
It comes down to five pillars of affordability: pre-designed and pre-engineered plans, streamlined trade efficiency, intentionally curated selections, simpler buildable designs, and a transparent sales process. We remove waste from the process, not quality from the home, and pass the savings straight to you.
Do I need to own land first?
Not necessarily. Many of our customers already own their lot, but if you’re still searching we can help you understand what makes a good building site. Reach out and we’ll talk through your situation.

How does the build process work?

Our Centralia office builds across Lewis County and the surrounding South Sound, including communities in Lewis, Thurston, Pierce, South King, Grays Harbor and South Mason counties, from Chehalis and Olympia to Puyallup, Enumclaw, Aberdeen and Shelton.
